Three Phantoms

By anyone's definition, Craig Schulman, Brad Little and Gary Mauer are three extraordinary performers with a wide range of roles and experience on Broadway, and in television, movies and concerts. Together the three have logged more than 8,000 performances, including 3,000 performances of Phantom of the Opera and 2,000 performances of Les Miz. Backed by the Conway Symphony, this concert will feature songs from Les Miserables, Miss Saigon and the Phantom of the Opera, as well as duets and trios, all from the Broadway male repertoire.

Musical Myths and Legends

Rimsky-Korsakov's epic masterpiece of color and storytelling, “Scheherazade,” combines in unexpected ways with traditional Chinese selections in this exotic and stirring performance. Guest conductor Cao Cheng, Music Director of the Fujian Symphony in China, returns to perform the American debut of contemporary Chinese compositions he commissioned on the breathtaking Fujian Province.

Beauty and the Brahms

Brahms Symphony No. 2 was declared by a contemporary to be “all rippling streams, blue sky, sunshine and cool green shadows.” The soprano voice of guest soloist Cao Jin of East China Normal University will complete a beautiful evening.

Songs of the American West

The finale concert of the Songs of the American West festival, this performance features an exciting collection of guests: opening act Grandsons of the Pioneers, composer Libby Larsen, and guest vocalists Andrea Ramos, Amanda Woodward and Ricardo Estrada, joining together to bring together the romance and reality of the American West.
